Gorillaz - Live in ’25
-
Copperbox, London
The year is 2025. There are rumours of a new album…
It’s been 25 years since these four cartoon rockers stepped onto the scene in a haze of buzzing, glitching TV static.
In celebration (and to accompany the House of Kong Exhibition), audiences were zapped back in time through a series of four incredible live shows featuring ground-breaking visuals and an all-star line-up of guest artists.
Each show was unique to a different era of the band: from the blazing, stripped back, pop-rock-hip-hop of debut album Gorillaz to the murky depths of Demon Dayz, and the wonderful, bittersweet world of Plastic Beach.
The fourth and final show in the series brought us bang up-to-date with a very special performance of the hotly anticipated new album we now know as The Mountain…
Madrid, España
…and with the release of the first single, Happy Dictator, Gorillaz flew immediately to the Pulse of Gaia festival, Madrid to share their joy!
